We wish you all a safe and wonderful Independence Day holiday. SER will not have staff on site during the holiday but will resume normal working hours on Saturday.

Gate 16E is open as well as 20E.

All of our hangars are good. We did have water intrusion from underneath the doors mainly on the West and North side. I have walked a minimum of 2 hangars on both the north and south side of each building and it appears that no more than perhaps ½” deep, approximately 3’ inside.

Spinner Lane is currently still holding a considerable amount of water as is the NW ramp area (west side of 1300/2300/3300) but Centerline is clear as is the other ramp areas. Airport does currently have power. Once everyone has a chance to assess your own spaces, please let me know if you have any issues.

Airport has not yet announced when they plan to reopen as they are currently still making their own assessments. The current plan is to try and reopen later today (any aircraft departing/arriving will need to receive prior permission). As soon as I receive this information, I will pass it along. Please adhere to the Airport Mandate and DO NOT return until the Airport has given the all clear to open.

We sincerely hope that all SER tenants faired just as well at home!!

SFB will be closed as of 6am tomorrow morning (Wednesday 10/9). When a reopen plan is established it will be passed along.

Shown is the latest update on Tropical Storm Helene.
Please be advised that SER will complete all preparations today and our offices will be closed tomorrow to allow staff time to prepare at home and be with family during the most severe hours of the storm. Should anything change, I will post again. Thank you, SER Management Team
