I haven’t seen a load like this in a while 😂 I meant to post this last week. This load was 5.40 cents a mile this was definitely a diamond in a rough.

I feel like in this market my opinion the money is in the short runs right now. Hoping from state to state OTR is rough right now. Specially if you have a high over head

Even though this rate con isn’t a short run, well it depends on what you call a short run everyone opinion is different I just wanted to share with you guys you can come across some diamonds in the rough you just have stay down and know your worth.

Specially dispatchers it’s really crucial right now to understand your carriers needs in this market. Now if it’s to outrageous you have to let them know that as well 💯 let’s keep pushing y’all

I seen this happen to many times to many carriers. I wanted to come and share this with you guys because this can be a real issue for your business.

It can prevent you from booking loads with certain brokers for a while. Relationships you have created can start all over again just because your insurance took a relapse.

Try your best to stay on TOP of those renewals 💯 I hear insurance company’s give you a grace period but if you miss that it’s a wrap 🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

I just want you to do your due diligence before you jump into a big dawg industry like this one love one.

Check the rates out 🤷🏾‍♂️ that should tell you enough if you really want to bust a move. And if you good with the rates and other expenses do yo thang nephew 💯

You might hit your toe and you might stumble. S**t you might even fall down the stairs and hurt your ankle.

But through the process of the ups and downs you will learn to appreciate those short comings. Because once you there I promise you’re going to look back at the journey be like damn I’m GLAD I went through all that to get right here.

Me personally I’m not where I want to be as in being successful. But I’m not where I was 2 years ago 💯💯💯💯 and I’m glad the Big Dawg that’s up above 🙏🏽 put me through everything that I went through.

Moral of the story enjoy the ride don’t never give up on ya self. You never know when ya BIG BREAK A COME 💪🏾

All of 🤷🏾‍♂️ I received this card about 2-3 months ago and my limit was 25k. By running MS plays I receive higher credit limits and run my points up even faster 💯

I ran up up almost 145k points within my first 2 weeks of having this card without having to spend a dime of my money 💰 (please go see my previous post) where I spoke on how I did this.

Credit is so important in business really just in LIFE in general 💯 it’s never to late to jump on your credit and get things right 💪🏾

My man say the number #1 thing a carrier is looking for with a dispatcher is communication. And that’s so true because communication is everything in trucking.

My man had a previous dispatch service when he start his company. And it was a horrible experience. Due to lack of communication. Getting calls from brokers that he doesn’t even know loads was booked 🤷🏾‍♂️ that’s a BIG NO.

On the flip side as freight dispatcher I hope you guys are asking key questions to your potential clients. Because when you are carriers will let their guard down and have a organic conversation with you about doing business.

Communication is everything I stand on it I believe it etc. I appreciate you king 🤴🏾

Lately Good Fellas been turning down a whole lot of freight 🤣🤷🏾‍♂️ Good Fellas is not accepting any ole kind of rates specially with my carriers paying a arm & a leg for fuel ⛽️ that’s OUT

I always speak about knowing your worth in the trucking industry. I’m not saying you have to be unrealistic or nothing like that. But you just have to know what it’s going to cost to move that truck 🤷🏾‍♂️🚛💨

Carriers make sure you hold your dispatchers accountable when they’re responsible for moving your trucks.

Dispatchers hold your carriers accountable as well. Let them know realistic numbers that you can provide for them.

Nice little pick up today out of Redonda Beach, CA 🚛💨headed down to Reno, NV

I like doing business with FLS Transport strictly because their always giving out nice rates 💰from my experience 💯

Just wish it didn’t weigh so much on the weight because you know the fuel ⛽️ prices jumping like Michael Jordan right now 🤷🏾‍♂️ guess sometimes you have to take the good with the bad. 4.58 cents a mile 👍🏾

From day zero I always shared what I was doing in the transportation industry. Not because I wanted to teach somebody something. I was just super excited to be doing some different with my life and wanted to tell the world what I was up 2 🤷🏾‍♂️

Fast forward to today I’m still sharing my ups and downs with my peoples. Even though I crowned 👑 myself the it’s because of the response I get from my peoples. And how me that man has the same morals and principles that we believe in 💯

Over the years I grew from just being a dispatch service I became a brand over time. I told my girl I won’t limit myself to just being a dispatch company 🙅🏾‍♂️ I will continue to share my ideas and creative ways on how to get into this industry with my folks .

Last time I checked 1+1 was 2 right? if not let me know 😂 because I just don’t get it man. How can you accept bad paying freight then turn around take your cut out then offer it to a carrier 🤦🏾‍♂️

Dispatchers when you come across brokers who’s offering cheap rates to you. Please know your worth and the market your playing in.

But if you keep your trucks in hot markets you wouldn’t even have to deal with these problems 8/10. And if you do please don’t take those kind of loads.

Dispatchers always have some integrity with your services don’t try to make a QUICK BUCK off your carriers back remember y’all are a team 💯🤝
