Where we’re going, we don’t need roads.

On the heels of more than 70 test flights with Midnight in August and our recent successful roundtrip flight from Salinas to Monterey, we’re launching the ‘No Roads’ flight tour as as part of our participation in the White House’s Air Taxi Pilot Program (eIPP) and preparation for the LA28 Games.

The tour is expected to include Midnight flights in Monterey, Hollister, San Martin, San Jose, Oakland, San Francisco and around the Los Angeles area, as well as flights in Texas and Florida.

Archer and BETA Technologies are working together to lead the ACES charging infrastructure consortium bringing the industry together with a plan to electrify up to 250 air taxi sites across the United States in the coming decade. The approach behind ACES is what makes this network viable in a way no single company could deliver alone. As founding launch partners, we'll work to bring additional infrastructure, OEM partners and capital into the network so the industry can scale together.

Expanding our planned LA network: we're partnering with AEG to develop a vertiport at L.A. LIVE in the heart of downtown LA adding one of the city’s biggest sports and entertainment destinations to our planned air taxi network.

SkyGrid’s team and technology are highly complementary to ZEE, our aviation specific foundation model, as they’ve been developing AI solutions to enable the safe integration of autonomous aircraft into shared airspace via next generation technology since 2018. SkyGrid's tech is in use today and we believe that once the transaction closes SkyGrid paired with ZEE can become a ”must have” air traffic management product that helps modernize airspaces around the world.

As part of our transaction with , we will acquire - one of the most trusted and reputable intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) drone manufacturers in the U.S.

Insitu is profitable today, with over $200M in annual revenue across 35 countries. They have built more than 4,000 Group 2 and 3 UAS to date. Those UAS have flown nearly 2 million flight hours, autonomously, giving us one of the largest datasets of its kind. That data will feed directly into our autonomy development. Insitu will give Archer an immediate, sizeable revenue base to grow from.
