🌟 We’re excited to share just how simple it is to check the status of your shipment or payment, 24/7. It’s as easy as 1-2-3 at any time of the day or night! 🌟
1️⃣ Visit Our Website
Head over to our website and look for Jewel, our super helpful virtual assistant, in the bottom right-hand corner.
2️⃣ Check the Status of My Quote
Click on Jewel and select "Check the Status of My Quote." Just type in your quote number and voilà – you’ll get the real-time status of your delivery or payment.
3️⃣ Understand the Phases
Your quote goes through three phases: ⬇️
Shipping: This shows where your package is and the tracking number if it hasn’t been delivered yet. If delivered, it will show the date delivered.
Processing: Once processed, it shows your supplies have been processed and are awaiting payment.
Payment: Finally, once your supplies have been processed and paid, it shows the payment date and the method you chose.
Note, processing and payment usually happen on the same day, and all payments are typically made after 5 PM on the same day your supplies are processed. 💰
