Starting off 2026 with a boat delivery, beautiful Monday morning

Here’s a Tyanna 37 that we’re working on with the client, to get him ready for the Golden Globe race.
What we have done so far
 New Mast and boom
Built new standing Rigging the same stuff we use for all our clients
Oversized, classic profurl Systems one for the heads stay and one for the New solentstay.
New Crans iron on the bowsprit, custom chain plate for the solent
Custom Bob stay chain plate
We used his primary winches on the Mast for the Halyards and upsized his primaries in the cockpit
Installed the Hydrovane,
After the new year a new traveler and he is getting a new Yanmar motor, all new thru-hulls. The Rutter is getting pulled , bearings, and all gone through,
New Sails
New batteries and wiring system
A crash bulkhead glass in
Plumbing
Deck paint 
I probably missed a bunch of things,
He has to be buttoned up by the end of January so he can sail to Europe to start the race
So honored , he picked us to help him to get ready for this race/journey

Here’s some pics of an arch we installed last week, after the new year will be installing solar panels, Starlink, an electric winch that has a pivoting davit to raise and lower his dinghy, also a motor davit and more. The welder will be adding hard lifeline rails forward.
All the bells and whistles an arch can have.

Here’s a 51 foot catamaran that we finished this week, new standing Rigging all in compact strand, with mechanical fittings.
A complete B&G electronic system, a flare camera at the top of the mast that’s connected to the B&G , you can see through fog and at night, pretty cool.
The boat is leaving here, and Sailing down through the Panama Canal and off to Europe, we’re honored he picked us to help him prepare for his trip.

Pulled  out the mast at the end of last week
on a 70 foot catamaran, we are doing a full re-Rig . Lots of mechanical fittings with large wire. Hopefully by the beginning of next week will have all the new gear installed, and it will be off to Cabo for Thanksgiving.

Mast head work, new wind in instrument, and try color anchor strobe light. It always feels weird climbing a Freestanding mast.

Rerig/overhaul of this beautiful, 1983 Wauquiez 47’ new Rod Rigging, electrical, running Rigging, we are also removing the winch farm on the deck and setting it up for single-handed Cruising. Beautiful boat it’ll be nice to see it out sailing soon.

Beneteau 45 rerig, we pulled the mast this week, new electrical, new standing Rigging, some new mast hardware, it will all be ready to go back up early next week
