Today our PM trip got to spend another afternoon with a breaching humpback!

Completely different whale from two days ago which is a good sign that we should be getting a higher influx of Humpbacks soon 🐳

Our PM trip today was nothing short of AMAZING!

We got to spend the entire trip with a juvenile humpback pulling out all the moves. From peduncle slaps, pectoral slaps, spy hops and too many breaches to count.

You never know what’s going to happen and every trip is so different! Our humpbacks should be coming in more consistently over the next couple weeks and we couldn’t be more excited for more of this magic 🐳💙

What does a whale sound like? 🐳💙

Our crew could use some help in that department I guess.

Captured by the talented Matthias Scheer 🌊

With a significant krill bloom over the past few days, we’ve spotted over a dozen fin whales all in one area! Due to El Niño, many larger marine species have been pushed offshore to find food, but this lively pod of fin whales has been putting on quite the show for us not too far from home.

Fin whales are the second largest animals on Earth! They consume up to 4,000 lbs of krill daily and it’s amazing to remind ourselves that we live amongst giants. If you’ve ever wanted to see them up close, now might be the perfect time.

A huge thanks to Matthias Scheer for capturing this incredible footage, make sure to check them out! 🐋✨

What an amazing day!! 🌊 With perfect weather and amazing conditions, we encountered a mom and calf humpback whale early in our morning trip and got to spend a bunch of time with these two.

these little ones weigh between 1 to 1.5 tons(2,000-3,000 pounds) at birth and consume 50 to 100 gallons of milk daily. And it’s so incredible to witness their journey as they migrate north!!

We got treated to an incredible dolphin show during both our morning and afternoon trips!🐬✨

Feeling so grateful for these experiences!

Book that trip!
