Our Head Instructor and CEO, Eliot Floersch, is an airplane owner who has been flying most of his adult life. He has a passion for flying and loves to share it. His four year degree in Aviation Flight Operations at SJSU and his experience as a CFI have both prepared him well for teaching safety seminars such as: advanced avionics, mountain flying, advanced instrument procedures and scenarios, WAAS/ LPV approach capabilities, night flight operations, and high altitude training. Eliot has been flying in the Bay Area since 1991 without accident, incident or violation; CFI since 1998; Turboprop instruction since 2002. Eliot takes great pride in helping other CFIs to advance their careers and become leaders in the flight instruction industry. Major accomplishments:
