We’re about Mexican-ed out. So we went for seafood today. Catfish special with collards (Theresa’s choice) and red beans (mine). Then there was shrimp gumbo with a bunch of cayenne, and a a double (!) link of boudin. As usual, way more than we could eat. We’ll make probably two more meals from the leftovers.
