Claire has always loved for us to “cheer her on” and we have all made our own special cheers over the years! She doesn’t ask for them as much as she used to. When in ABA “cheers” was one of her big motivations to work!

As much as I want perfection that can wait! Learning a new life skill can be challenging and it will take several tries! Claire has occasionally been helping with unloading the silverware for an and some times she is more precise than other times! Practice over perfection!

If your child qualifies for a service, a placard, an accommodation, or any kind of support - use it! 💛

I know the looks. I know the feeling of wondering if someone is judging you because your child does not “look” disabled. I have been there.

But here is what I want you to remember. Those services exist for your child. They were put in place to make your life and their life a little bit easier. Using them is not something to be ashamed of. It is you advocating for your child and there is nothing more powerful than that.

When the weather drops below 85 we are outside all day and this has been our new favorite thing to do together!

We just got the Gyroor G2 Hoverboard and the K2 Go Kart attachment and honestly we have been out in the driveway, the yard and on the trails every chance we get. Playing our favorite songs on the speaker and just being together.

The family that plays together stays together! 🤣 It’s been fun seeing our kids take up golf with us. It really brings out their personalities…We told them playing golf is the only time they are allowed to say a cuss word 🤣😜
