A lot of people think they lose control over their booking if they book through an agent but that’s not the case for most lines. You can still buy drink packages, make specialty dining reservations, and book excursions yourself in the app. Or you can just text me and I’ll take care of it for you.
See a price drop on a cruise you’ve already booked with me? Awesome. I have a direct line I can call to take advantage of that, even after final payment has been made.
Already booked a cruise but want to take advantage of a perk I’m offering? If you’re within final payment, we can make that happen!
For example, a couple I know booked a cruise because they saw the deal late at night and didn’t want to bother me that late. They emailed me their info and confirmation number, gave me permission to be the agent on file, and they got an additional $150 on board credit because it was a perk offered that month through my agency. Was that worth an email? Absolutely
