Looking for someone to join our food truck crew, who wants to roll through the state of Utah. We’re gearing up for a busy summer and we’re looking for someone with experience. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities
* Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
* Prepare sauces and other food preparation.
* Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
* Clean up stations
* Stock inventory
Qualifications
* Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred
* Able to meet all scheduling commitments
* Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
* Strong attention to detail Cooking experience

* Must have a car to meet at different events around slc
