Just finished an annual on a DA42. Buff and polish included. That airplane looks sharp.

DA40 pre-purchase moving into phase two through Savvy. Cessna Corvallis annual also underway.

Lot of good work happening right now. ✅

Corroded winglets, chipped paint around the glass, rough leading edges. This rear door and horizontal stabilizer needed more than a polish.

Stripped and repainted everything. When it's this far gone, a full repaint is the right call.

Beat up leading edges don't come back with a buffer. We're repainting the full leading edge and top surfaces on both wings.

Everything is off this airplane right now. 2000 hour inspection, done the right way. 🛩️

Full teardown for a 2000 hour inspection on a well-maintained 20 year old aircraft.

Wings, interior, horizontals, canopies all off. Going through it piece by piece.

This is the kind of work we don't rush.

Soda blasting is the move for fire paint removal. Gentle enough to leave the composite material alone, aggressive enough to get every bit of the old finish off.

Clean surface, composite work done, new fire paint going on next.

Pre-purchase inspection in progress here through Savvy.

Phase one complete. All discrepancies logged and submitted. They're reviewing everything now before we move to the next phase.

Wing walks done the right way. No stickers.

We stripped the old ones, repainted the stub white, stenciled it, and painted them on.

Way more durable and looks a lot better too. 🛩️

Gear swing after a nose landing gear aid.

We check the actuator rod and bearing every time. Cracks and corrosion hide in places you don't want surprises.

Everything came up clean. Doors flush, three green lights. Ready to fly.

Meet our first DA20. Fresh overhauled engine, fresh paint, new interior, and a touchscreen panel up front.

This is the first aircraft in our upcoming South Tech Aviation Flight School. More diamonds and more aircraft are coming.

Safety wiring hub bolts on a wooden prop.

Every bolt wired to the next. Thread it, pull it taut, twist. Tension matters more than speed on this one.

Finish with a tight pigtail, snip it, tuck the sharp end. 🛩️
