Name + Position: Philip Naccarato, Human Resources Generalist
Interest in Aviation: ✈️ My aviation journey started with U.S. Airways at the tail end of the American Airlines merger. I began in reservations, moved into customer relations, then earned my wings as a flight attendant before COVID. I then joined Piedmont as a ramp agent and later became a union steward, driven by a passion for helping people. From there, I transitioned into HR as an administrator, and now serve as an HR generalist with an incredible team. And I’m not stopping, 18 months ago, I started working toward my A&P license in Phoenix to keep growing in this industry I love.
What do you LOVE about Piedmont? 💙 What I love about Piedmont is that it has that small, family feel, and I run into people more often than not all over the network. It’s so cool to bump into people in airports, hear my name called out, and turn around, whether I’m in Charlotte or elsewhere, and see a familiar face. It’s a great feeling.
