Camp is FULL for this year. Any application received on April 18th or after will be waitlisted until May 15th when the payment deadline closes. Anyone not paid on May 16th will be removed and we will call the waitlisted applications. Thank you so much for your interest in ASCEND camp.

Day 5- Today the students learned to plan their flights with PSA pilots Kirsten and Ryan, we had some special guest speakers, the students toured the airport and then we had our little graduation ceremony. It was a great week with some amazing young men.

Day 4- Today the students learned traffic patterns, riveted their own little box, practiced flying on the flight simulator, and did some research on famous aviators.

Day 3- Today we toured the Sullenburg Aviation Museum in Charlotte. The students got to see the “Miracle on the Hudson” plane, listen to information and see a variety of military and general airplanes, fly the flight simulator, and watch planes land and take off. It was a fun day. ✈️
