2010 Malibu came in after a electrical fire started under the passenger console. The heat made its way through the fiberglass and started to blister the gel coat. After a lot of grinding and cutting we removed the bad laminate and made multiple fiberglass repairs inside and out. Final result came out like new!

Hard to believe this is the same Ski Nautique. We did a full custom restoration of the gel coat with an updated Calypso Green metal flake color. Full interior detail and many minor gel coat repairs. Lots of fresh hardware including a new rub rail! Finished off with custom step pads from the guys over at 🔥🔥🔥

Long list of tasks completed on this 2001 Tuffy structural rebuild. We replaced the stringers and transom with Coosa composites which is much lighter and will now last forever. We also converted the splash well into a larger casting deck. Now the boys with will finish this build off with new hatches and beautiful foam flooring. Can’t wait to see it when it’s completed!🔥

After removing decades of old bottom coats, we started fresh with an epoxy barrier coat to protect the gel coat. Then we gave it a new beautiful dark blue bottom coat. This Lyman is easily one of our favorite boats on late Minnetonka!🔥🔥
