Great article by Jacksonville Daily Record on the expansion plans for the St. Augustine St. Johns County Airport regarding the pre-application permit to develop a maintenance, repair and overhaul facility on a 21.1 acre parcel at the north end of airport. https://www.jaxdailyrecord.com/news/2024/apr/08/northeast-florida-regional-airport-expansion-project-seeks-permit/

The proposed private facility would include office space, aircraft hangars and parking.
