​What a spectacular sight at KSAD this weekend! Two of our transient aircraft showcased the vast spectrum of aviation:

​The MD520N: A marvel of precision and one of the smallest commercial helicopters you'll see! And made right here in Arizona!

​The mighty S-64 SkyCrane: A true giant, demonstrating its incredible heavy-lift capability—it's one of the largest operational helicopters in the world!

Another performer announcement 💨✈️! Vampire Airshows is coming to the 2026 Safford Airshow next fall!

The de Havilland "Vampire" was the world's second fighter jet and the first single-engine fighter jet. This amazing performance highlights this amazing piece of history while also giving the crowd an amazing low-level aerobatic routine! You don't want to miss it!

We are excited to announce that Kirby Chambliss with Red Bull will be performing at the 2026 Safford Airshow!

Kirby is a retired Southwest Airlines pilot and world champion aerobatic and air race pilot. He's a two-time Red Bull Air Race World Champion (2004 and 2006) and the only racer to compete in every season. He's also a five-time US National Aerobatic Champion and the 2000 Men's Freestyle World Champion.

We could not be more excited to add Kirby to the 2026 lineup!

Its at ICAS 2025 and we are working hard to recruit some top-shelf talent to perform at the 2026 Safford Airshow on November 7th.

Our first announcement is a returning fan favorite Anthony Oshinuga! Anthony puts on an amazing show in his Pitts S-1 biplane and we are so excited to see him perform again next year.
