SHOPPING:
To join and/or Shop at Zay's Bag Shop LLC, please send name and address to Zay's Bag Shop LLC private message.
1.First to claim with code word that we acknowledge gets item/s.
2. Once acknowledged as the claimant, please send screenshot of item and payment to Zay's Bag Shop LLC private chat. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT FOR AN ITEM UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN ACKNOWLEDGED A
S THE CLAIMANT.
3.No arguing or back & forth over who claimed items.
4. I go by what I see on MY SCREEN.
5. Any malicious behavior or bullying gets you BLOCKED!
6. If you owe an outstanding or previous balance you CANNOT claim items until balance it fully paid off.
7. Once you claim item/s there is no switching or exchanging during and/or after live ends at all. Please refrain from discussing personal issues such as shipping, payment and other issues during the live. BINGOS:
1. All Numbers must be PAID IMMEDIATELY as soon as all games are closed for the evening.
2. If you win a bingo and it so happens your number is NOT PAID your NUMBER IS DISQUALIFIED and number will be resold so bingo can be redone again.
3. Shipping fee for bingo prizes are claimers responsibility
4. You do not have to be present for bingo to receive your prize but you must inform me of item you choose in advance if you are unable to be present during Live bingo or else you are subjected to choose from whatever remaining items are available. INVOICES:
1. Invoices are sent via private message on Sundays and Mondays. Once an invoice is sent out it is the customer’s responsibility to pay invoice immediately.
2. After invoice is sent out you will be contacted only 1 more time as a reminder for payment, if you do not respond or communicate your items will be resold without further notice.
4. If you knowingly do not have the funds to purchase items and you breach these rules more than once you will no longer be allowed to shop at *Zay's Bag Shop LLC* (We can remain friends, associates and/or family however, you cannot shop at Zay's Bag Shop LLC.
5. �NO EXCHANGES NO REFUNDS ALL SALES ARE FINAL�
SHIPPING:
1. Shipping tracking will be sent out through private message on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
2.Shipping fee is included in pricing.
