Mi-Sant is a can’t-miss spot for pastries, drinks, and delicious banh-mi!

Did you know that banh-mi is a combination of French and Vietnamese cuisine that was introduced when the French conquered Indochina? The French baguette, mayo, and pate were combined with Vietnamese flavors like pickled carrots and daikons, cucumbers, and cilantro to create the banh-mi sandwich.

At Mi-Sant, banh-mi and croissants are their passions (hence the name Mi-Sant), and they also offer vaious pastries, bowls, Vietnamese coffees, and boba tea.

The seating and decor is wonderfully curated (plants and sunlight galore!!) and with their intentional menu offerings, it’s a one–of-a-kind kitchen & bakery experience.
