Umpqua Valley Modelers Umpqua Valley Modelers is Roseburg, Oregon's local flying club. Our main flying field (grass) is at Wilbur Quarry west of Wilbur, OR.

A secondary field (asphalt) is at Dixonville, OR. We are an AMA Chartered Club for all classes of model aircraft.

The Umpqua Valley Modelers September meeting is tonight Wednesday Sept. 19th at 6:30 pm at room 310 in the Umpqua County Courthouse. This is an important meeting with question of merging with Douglas County Flyers club on the agenda.

Exploratory discussions are under way about consolidating Douglas County Flyers and Umpqua Valley Modelers into a single club under the Umpqua Valley Modelers name, corporate registration and AMA club number. Much to be decided. Stay tuned!
