When trains are stopped for hours, you ask your spouse to pack up the kids and pick you up from Ogilvie with That Meadows Bus so you can bring random strangers home that are stuck downtown too!

No idea who these folks were but we all had a fun time coming home! (They gave permission to post!)

Loved doing so many Ravinia trips this year. Just so you know busses get priority entrance right up front! The benefit of doing this venue so often is that we know exactly which route will be the fastest option. Toss your chairs, tables, food and drinks right in the back and get priority drop-off!

We are located in Rolling Meadows. Our bus holds up to 14 passengers (13 in the back, and 1 more up front) plus a very large storage area in the back. Since we are local, many times we can just pick you up and drop you off. No need to pay those big companies to sit around and wait hours at your wedding. Reach out to see if your date is available. Last minute, no problem. If we are free we will come out to grab you.

We started in 2021 when we purchased the bus to support volunteering for the Rolling Meadows Youth Football and Cheer Program. Since then, we’ve realized the need for a local and affordable way to get groups around. As a mom of 4, we know the importance of scheduling, checking in, and time management.
