Whether you're rolling out or just pulling in, stop by. Drivers, dispatch, shop, office — this is for all of you.

It's a small thing. You do the hard part every day and night. Thank you!

Veteran drivers, this one's for you. If you've got years in the seat and you're ready for a new start, come run Mahtomedi overnight with Blue Ox — drop-and-hook out of Saint Paul.

$1,700/week guaranteed after your first 30 days, base medical 100% paid, premium plan runs about $74/wk, 401(k) with a year-end discretionary match, two weeks PTO front-loaded, and newer Volvo trucks. Sunday through Thursday nights OR Tuesday through Saturday.

Apply today and Julia calls you back. Not a call center.

Twenty-five years later, we have not forgotten.

Today we honor the 2,977 lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the first responders and everyday people who ran toward danger.

Medical starts at $0 a week.

We rebuilt our whole website so you can see the real numbers before you talk to anybody — the job, the pay, the shift, the terminal, and what each benefit actually costs out of your check.

If you've got a family, you already know benefits aren't a footnote. They're most of the decision. We'd rather you weigh ours up front than find out at orientation.

Home daily. $1,500–$1,800 a week depending on the run. Dental, vision, 401(k) with a year-end discretionary match. Hospital-inclusive plans available. Newer Volvos.

One truck. That's where this started.

Today Blue Ox Transport is growing — and we're building the kind of company most drivers have never worked for. Driver-first isn't a tagline here. It's the reason this company exists.

Whether you want to stay in the seat and be respected for it, or you want to grow into something more — there's a path here. We're scaling with purpose, and we need people who want to be part of building something real.

Come grow with us. www.blueoxtransportmn.com/apply
