Barrett Directline Delivery Services, Inc. is merging with C&M Transport, Inc., based in Painesville, Ohio.
Effective November 1, 2025, Barrett Directline will officially become a wholly owned subsidiary of C&M Transport and operate under the C&M Transport name.
What This Means for You:
Our priority is to make this transition as seamless as possible for our clients, partners, and employees. Over the next four weeks, we’ll be carefully integrating our operations, with final transition and regulatory approvals expected by November 1, 2025.
By combining forces, we’re bringing together over 60 years of industry experience with award winning services, all with the goal of expanding our market reach and giving you even more shipping solutions and flexibility.
What Stays the Same:
During the transition, you can expect the same reliable, time-sensitive freight solutions and personalized service that you’ve always counted on. Our standard for customer service is not changing; if anything, this merger gives us the ability to serve you even better. You may see a new name on the truck or have a new point of contact, but our commitment to you remains unchanged.
