After more than 20 years as a business owner in the logistics industry and over 30 years in overall transportation, our founder decided to bring his experience and passion for efficient transportation to serve elderly and wheelchair bound clients. Today, we continue the tradition of service and assisting the elderly and wheelchair bound, providing them safe and affordable transportation when in need.

Introduction

We Care Mobility LLC is a non-emergency medical transportation service based in Texas, dedicated to providing reliable and compassionate transportation for the sick and elderly population. Our primary offering includes medical trips that ensure clients reach their healthcare appointments safely and on time. Currently operating with a small team of two, we aim to expand our services to meet the growing demand for accessible transportation in the community. By charging clients for each trip, we plan to generate revenue while enhancing the quality of life for those who require assistance in accessing medical care. This business plan will serve as a roadmap for securing funding from investors or lenders to facilitate our growth and improve our service delivery.
Customer Problem

The problem we are solving is the lack of reliable and accessible transportation options for sick and elderly individuals who need to attend medical appointments. Many of these individuals face significant challenges when it comes to mobility, whether due to physical limitations, financial constraints, or the absence of family support. Without dependable transportation, they may miss critical healthcare appointments, leading to deteriorating health conditions and increased healthcare costs. Many rideshare options are not equipped to handle wheelchairs or other mobility devices, and public transportation can be daunting for those with health concerns. By providing tailored non-emergency medical transportation services, We Care Mobility LLC aims to bridge this gap, ensuring clients receive the care they need while enhancing their overall quality of life.
