Looking for a 2nd deckhand for high-paced, high volume lobster boat in Rockport. Now is the time to make money and get a full time spot. Must have experience. No alcohol/drug issues, no BS or excuses, must be able to get to the boat early and endure long days. We fish 5-6 days/wk, weather dependent. Looking for someone reliable who wants to be here. Pay is percentage based on experience and/or work ethic.

Looking for 2nd deckhand with experience, especially with Fall/Winter lobster fishing. Fast-paced, high volume boat. We usually go 6 days/wk. Pay percentage based on experience and willingness to grow. Will not put up with BS, excuses, drugs/alcohol or no-shows. Must be able to get to the boat (at T Wharf) early mornings and put up with long days. Please message with your experience and available start date. We’re in the middle of our high-volume season and now is the time to get on board with a good paycheck.
