Home Help Property Services We offer a friendly, around-the-house service. Our model falls between a moving crew and a handyman. Please just send us a message with info on the project.

PRICING: As long as you are within a 20 mile radius, we charge $45 for coming out (includes first hour of work). Each additional hour of work is $40
*Higher risk services, 2+ man jobs and large projects will affect pricing*

We have a pretty well rounded experience. Here are some of things We’ve helped community members with in the past:

-Furniture assembly (IKEA, Wayfair, etc.)
-TV mounting and

configuration
-Wall hanging (pictures, mirrors, shelves)
-Garage organization, clean/blow out
-Pressure washing (smaller projects)
-Moving or hauling away larger/high volume items (within reason)
-Hanging and takedown of holiday lights/decor
-Move out (prep, clean, fill drywall holes, wall smudges, etc.)
-Move in (help with furniture, organization, hanging pictures, etc.)
-Drop ceilings
-Changing faucets, tub spouts and shower heads
-Door adjustments or repair
-Basic trim and baseboard work

If it isn’t on this list, that doesn’t mean we can’t or won’t tackle it.
