Responsibilities:
Employee safety
FMCSA, DOT regulations
Drug testing
Driver qualifications/compliance
Fleet compliance
Employee training
HOS (Omnitracs)
Risk assessment
Audits and inspections
Accident prevention
Accident case management
Insurance liaison

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years in related safety compliance position preferred
High level accuracy and organization
Outstanding attention to detail and observation abilities
Self-starter and the ability to multi-task
Good computer skills and a positive attitude
Good working knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to hold others accountable to company standards
Great team player
Minimum 1 year in trucking or similar industry preferred

Experience:
Transportation/Logistics: 1 year
Safety/Compliance: 1 year
