We work closely with key client

company personnel to configure an outline of requirements together with finalizing passenger numbers, which enables us to keep mindful of and stay within budget limitations. Tracking One Logistics success is built around its personnel and proven internal structure within our organization. Once we receive your schedule of requirements our highly experienced team will track every booking/ movement from beginning to end from our central dispatch. They will be supported by key onside dispatchers who remain at the side of our clients Customer Relations person or Coordinator to assist with requests, planning or last minute changes. These dispatchers are essential to the continuity and success of the service provided. These key personnel are placed in to assess and pre-empt any problems that may arise. As jobs go live into our system your dispatcher will monitor them, make sure drivers get to their pick up on time and ensure all have the correct booking details. These highly trained experienced people will be at the client’s
disposal, to ensure the service provided meets with the client’s expectations.

We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Dispatcher that is a team player with a great attitude and excellent communication skills to join our team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Entering pickup/delivery order requests both, internal and third party
• Schedules drivers for next day pickups
• Collaborate with management to keep daily orders updated in the portal
• Collect information with vendor/driver to close open orders
• Contact all vendors to notify pickup date and time
• Work with drivers and vendors to promptly identify and resolve pickup exceptions
• Be the key communication point for the vendor, Driver, and customers
• Investigate delivery discrepancies
• Receive and process delivery reports from warehouses
• Weekly report of operation performance scan, pickup, and deliveries

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in various PC applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• High School Diploma / GED required
• Ability to multitask
• Must have strong problem-solving ability
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to work independently and lead others in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour

Shifts available:
15:00pm - 23:30:pm
23:00pm - 07:30am
