Position Summary

The Account Coordinator is vital to the success of the warehouse operations. This individual is responsible for the daily ex*****on and communications to warehouse staff, and constantly monitors and processes customer orders. The role also serves as the liaison between the client and operations and is the principle point of contact for the client. The Account Coordinator must understand client expectations while partnering with operations to ensure outstanding service.

This individual is also responsible for providing operational management and support at a warehouse location to ensure efficient and timely pick-up and delivery and handling of customer orders and shipments, while ensuring compliance with safety, security, regulatory, and company policies.

The Traffic Coordinator works with various departments and individuals in an organization to ensure carriers are scheduled and flow through the Distribution Center in a timely manner.
