Meet RivCoED at SEMICON West! We’re showcasing Riverside County’s growing semiconductor and technology ecosystem and the talent that helps companies innovate and grow.

In 2024, Riverside County generated $200 million in GDP from semiconductor and electronic component industries. Through our partnership with UC Riverside Professional and Global Education, we’re highlighting the region’s talent pipeline and opportunities to connect employers with the skilled workforce they need to address skills gaps and support industry growth.

Today, Southern California W**e Country-Economic Development Coalition and RivCoED are touring Southwest Riverside County with site selectors, including a stop at Majestic Realty Co. Freeway Business Center in Mead Valley.

With 1 million SF of combined building space, fully entitled, the center offers opportunities for advanced manufacturing, with smaller buildings also available for lease.

These tours showcase the sites, strategic location, and investment opportunities that make Riverside County a destination for business growth.
