This is a friendly notice to inform you that our team will be conducting routine quarterly preventative maintenance inspections throughout the property and we will knock and announce our arrival. This will begin July 31st and will last for the following week. We should be through by August 5th.

During this time, maintenance staff may need to enter your home to complete standard checks to ensure everything is functioning properly. These inspections help us identify violations and address any potential issues early, keeping your home and our community well-maintained.

We will make every effort to minimize any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation. If you have any questions, or need to make special arrangements, please feel free to contact the leasing office.

Good morning, residents of PCC, the grass cutters came and left due to the ground being too wet from all the rain. They will be back next Tuesday or Wednesday to tidy up your yards. Have a good and dry 😀😀weekend finally!

Yesterday the water main ruptured at Purple Creek MHC and this caused the tenants to have very low water pressure. The plumbers are on there way to fix the water main. We had scheduled this for Wednesday of this week but after what happened this weekend, it had to be moved forward. The water will be turned off this morning. I am sorry that this is going to cause an inconvenience.

Dear Residents,

As you may know, we are supposed to be in the path of Hurricane Francine beginning Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning. We recommend everyone do the following in preparation to alleviate as much damage as possible:

- Secure all loose items that you have outside to include trash cans, furniture, etc
- Be prepared for large amounts of wind up to 60 miles per hour gusts and large amounts of rain up to 4-6 inches
- If tornadoes are predicted make sure you have a plan on where you will go
- Lastly, stock up today with water and non-perishable food in preparation of possible power outages.

May 29, 2024. The city of Ridgeland has to turn the water off to Purple Creek. The water will be off from 8:30am to about noon.

Tomorrow morning at 7:00 am the city of Ridgeland will be shutting off the water to Purple Creek. This will only be temporarily shut off they hope. Please take precautions just in case.
