Answering your FAQ: "What if something arrives damaged?"
A: IHI will get it repaired or replaced - You don't need to spend any time or energy on that!
This beautiful entertainment console arrived at our receiving company with a scratch! (it happens.) They noticed it during their inspection and alerted me right away. I submitted the claim with the manufacturer, got it approved to be repaired on their dime (like car insurance), and had the receiver's "furniture doctor" make the repair. All the client had to do was read the email from me, summarizing what was going on. π
Within a few days, the other items had arrived at the receiver and we were able to deliver all the big pieces together, and get them all set them up in the client's home... with no traces of the scratch!
Not having to unpack and inspect large items yourself, refuse deliveries, go back and forth with pictures of the damage, or ship big things back... just another perk when you hire IHI for Full Service Interior Design. π
