Everyone’s been asking when will we have Tupelo honey. We moved the Bees to the swamp this morning. Good lord willing we will have some ready to bottle the first week in may.

Spring has sprung! We are extremely busy building new equipment and getting the Bees ready for the season. The Bees are happy and healthy this year so hopefully we will have a good crop.
