Cupboard Wagon operated by TriTech Services Group, Inc is a small business located in Richland, PA. We deliver custom cabinetry in the northeast region on mostly day trips, with up to one overnight trip per week. We are professional, agile, and customer-centric and our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible White Glove Delivery Service. We are a team of uniformed delivery men who strive to be the best in the business and who are known for their excellent customer service and our ability to move cabinets as efficiently as possible.
The Opportunity:
We are looking to hire 1 to 2 individuals for White Glove delivery service and who want to pursue their CDL License, we will place you through CDL A School after 60-90 days of service after learning our process.
We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, and can quickly problem-solve a wide range of situations! Ideal candidates have furniture moving and driving experience and are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to do the job. Successful delivery drivers enjoy being out on the road driving, put safety first, and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction. We are looking for team players who desire to grow with the Company.
Delivery Truck Driver Qualifications and Skills:
- Furniture moving and driving (straight truck) experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Military veterans are welcome!
- Commercial, DOT, CDL A or B delivery-related driving experience is preferred.
- Clean driving record needed.
- Must be able to pass pre- and post-employment drug screens
- Must be able to lift 50 or more lbs.
- Authorized to work in the United States
Delivery Truck Driver Responsibilities and Duties:
- Must be able to keep the delivery schedule and navigate roadways effectively
- Must keep your truck neat and clean
- Keep your uniforms (provided) clean and pressed
- Load and deliver custom cabinetry
- Must have good customer service skills
- Using tablets for Electronic Driving Logs and general navigation
- Pre-Delivery Truck safety inspections
You will be loading and delivering blanket-wrapped cabinets up and down the East Coast to new homes and remodeled homes most often thought of as job sites with a 38-Foot Straight truck.
At times you will be handing off cabinets at the back of the truck to the customer (tailgating). Other times you and a co-worker will be moving the cabinets into the house, using ramps, hand trucks, furniture dollies, shoulder dollies, and something we call a 'dune-buggy'.
Scheduling and Details:
Job Type: Full-time
Rate based on experience $22.00 – $24.00/ hour (paid bi-weekly)
Overtime is paid at 1.5 x base hourly rate
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred)
Workweek: 45 to 55 hours
Work Location: Local and on the road

THE HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1-2 weeks to complete. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver’s license.
