Hello GL Families -
We’ve seen some of the things floating around social media lately and we want to take a second to address them. On December 10th via phone call we received a request for PTO records dating back to 2015.
In an effort to be transparent, we are going to focus all of our efforts getting minutes and budgets posted on the district website. We do not have a website outside of the districts. Having the minutes posted is something we used to have done regularly, but with some district staff turnover we realize it hasn’t been happening. We also realized the old minutes were removed at the end of the year. We are working diligently to get this corrected with the appropriate person at GL as we do not have access to make changes to the district website. In the meantime, we have posted on Facebook, October 2025’s meeting minutes and our approved budget for the 25/26 school year.
Please keep in mind when contacting the PTO that we are mothers and our children are learning in the GL district alongside yours. Our number 1 priority is to support our students and staff at our GL buildings. Please be respectful when contacting the PTO and please give us a little grace as we are a volunteer run organization. All communication, questions, and requests should be sent through the PTO email - [email protected]. We will be utilizing our page as an information hub only from here on out.
In the meantime, we are focused on making the last week of school before Christmas fun for staff and your students in Gull Lake! We truly hope you all have a wonderful Holiday Break.
