🏆 Employee of the Month of August-
“Big D” 🏆

This month, we’re recognizing someone who is truly essential to Rock View Hauling — our Dispatcher/VP , Derrick “Big D” Ridley! 👏

If you see our trucks rolling down the road, there’s a good chance Big D had something to do with it. 🚛

Derrick is responsible for coordinating our drivers, keeping loads moving, communicating with quarries every day, and making sure our drivers know where they need to be and when they need to be there. But his role goes far beyond dispatching. Derrick is also instrumental in bringing in the big jobs that keep our trucks hauling day after day.

He keeps things moving behind the scenes so our drivers can keep moving out on the road. From coordinating loads to building relationships with quarries and customers, he plays a huge role in keeping Rock View Hauling running.

Simply put, we wouldn’t be Rock View Hauling without Big D. 💪

Derrick, thank you for everything you do for our drivers, and our customers. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment don't go unnoticed!

Congratulations, Derrick Ridley “Big D” on being our Employee of the Month! 🏆👏

🎉 Employee of the Month- July 🎉

Congratulations to Cameron (“Cam”) for being named Rock View Hauling’s Employee of the Month! 🚛🚛

Cam’s hard work, dedication, and pride in his work are evident every day. Whether he’s behind the wheel making deliveries or filling out his paperwork, he consistently goes above and beyond. One thing that stands out about Cam is the pride he takes in his equipment, if you’ve seen our blue and orange dump truck on the road, chances are you’ve seen Cam behind the wheel! He takes exceptional care of his truck, keeping it clean, well maintained, and representing RVH with professionalism everywhere he goes.

When he’s not hard at work, Cam enjoys spending time with his dog and fishing at local ponds whenever he gets the chance.

Perkins Cam, thank you for your commitment, strong work ethic, and the pride you bring to our team everyday. We are grateful to have you as part of the Rock View Family, and this recognition is well deserved. Congratulations!! 🎉 🚛🚛

🏆 Employee of the Month – Rachel Chernault🏆

Please join us in congratulating Rachel Chernault on being named Rock View Hauling's Employee of the Month!

Rachel is one of only two female drivers on our team and the youngest driver in our fleet, but she has quickly proven that hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude speak louder than anything else.

She shows up every day with a smile, is always willing to put in the work, and consistently goes above and beyond. Even after a full day behind the wheel, Rachel often spends her evenings helping on local farms—a true testament to her incredible work ethic and commitment.

Rachel is dependable, hardworking, and gets along with everyone she meets. She brings a positive attitude to our team every day, making her not only an outstanding employee but also a joy to have as part of the Rock View family.

Thank you, Rachel, for everything you do. We appreciate your dedication and are proud to have you on our team. Congratulations on being our Employee of the Month! 👏💜🚛Rachel Chernault
