We had fun celebrating Manufacturing Day at Johnson Truck Bodies by celebrating all week!

Throughout the week, our employees had the chance to participate in a word scramble, manufacturing trivia, and a “How many items are in the jar?” guessing contest, with a little extra motivation behind that final challenge.

We wrapped up the week with a pizza party, and the employee with the closest guess earned the ultimate prize: Choosing a manager to take a pie to the face!

It was a fun way to bring everyone together while celebrating what really makes manufacturing possible: our people. We’re incredibly grateful for the hard work, skill, and dedication our employees bring to Johnson Truck Bodies every day.

Coming together for a good cause is always worth celebrating.

We enjoyed the day supporting Hammond For Hope and the work they're doing to expand access to communication, education, and opportunity for individuals who are hearing impaired. Through scholarships, early intervention programs, and community-based speech and hearing services, the foundation helps create more opportunities for individuals and families in the community.

Recently, Chris Hammond, our EVP of Industry Affairs & Strategic Accounts, was interviewed for WJCL 22's Voices of Valor series, sharing how Great Dane supported the WWII effort by building thousands of trailers to help move heavy equipment.

Our company was awarded the Army-Navy "E" Award for Excellence five times, a rare distinction recognizing outstanding support of the war effort.

We were proud then, and we are proud today of the American craftsmanship that goes into every build.
