Meet Luke Tjaden, one of the supervisors helping lead Team Green at our Renville Project!

Outside of work, Luke enjoys restoring old cars and trucks and showing them with his family. He also enjoys riding his scooter, horseback riding, camping, and spending plenty of time with his grandkids.

At work, Luke believes a positive attitude and genuine connection with his team go a long way. He makes a point to get to know employees beyond the job, asking about their lives outside of work and maintaining an open-door policy so his team knows they can always come to him.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Renville Summer Picnic! It was a great afternoon filled with delicious food, fun prize giveaways, and, most importantly, time spent with the incredible employees and families who make Team Green what it is.

A pretty incredible view along the daily haul route!

With every load on our Tulsa Summer Construction Project, our Team Green drivers pass a large off-range pasture where mustangs are cared for through the Bureau of Land Managementโ€™s Wild Horse and B***o Program.

These horses were relocated from Western public rangelands and now live together in large herds on managed Oklahoma pastureland. It is not something most people get to see on their daily drive, but our Tulsa drivers get a front-row view every day they are on the job.
