With my new printer I am experimenting with some different options. I am testing the market to see if people would be interested in purchasing a small framed concept drawing of the 1/8 scale paint schemes. They are 10"x24". A framed drawing will cost $60 plus shipping (currently only to CONUS), or non framed prints for $30 plus shipping. I currently am only offering this for the 1994 Tide and the 1985 Miss Budweiser. Selling these prints will help me with the cost of digitizing my archives. This is not yet offered on my website but to order or express interest please email me at [email protected].

Plan Updates: I am continuing to digitalize my archives and get orders out. The new plotter is working well and again I appreciate everyone's support and patience.

I do want to give notice for people interested in getting plans that on January 1st I will be forced to raise the price of plans. This will be to help offset the cost of production, new machine, ink, scanning, etc. I don't feel it would be fair to change the prices right away and want to give time and notice for customers.

Not 100%, but getting closer. I was able to get a new plotter printer on Friday. I am working on getting orders out, but still need to get through digital scans. I don't have a scanner machine right now (prices are crazy high) but I am going to a shop near me to get plans scanned. This is a slow process, but luckily I have some digitalized already.

I tried my best with my dads machine, but the old machine is a dinosaur and can't get support for it anymore. Thanks for all that have offered help and support at this time and thank you for your patience.

I am working on orders this week, I am behind but I am emailing customers directly with each order as they are done so they know they are on the way. If you have any questions feel free to email me at [email protected].

Update on Newton Marine. I was able to get a few plan orders out with the new light bulb but unfortunately the ballist went out. The machine is 40 years old and the technology is even older. No one makes replacement parts anymore for these machines. I did purchase a ballist that potentially would work but after replacing it, the machine still does not work. I am currently scrapping plans to save the machine and looking to purchase a plotter printer and scanner. This will take a little more time unfortunately but as soon as I have them running the rest of the orders will go out. As you can imagine this is a larger purchase, as on a teachers salary I was hoping to avoid. I will post again once things are back up and running.
