Good morning I still have some customers that have yet to pay on their monthly accounts with farwell sanitation. Come to find out some probably went with the other company but again if you had a monthly account with renovo disposal and you went to another company you still have to close the account with renovo disposal which is now me (Amanda) at farwell sanitation. So again I have handled your accounts for the last 6 years and if you don’t tell me you switched companies I will not know and I will continue to bill you for your account. PLEASE if you chose to use the other company PLEASE call me and tell me so I can remove you from the system. I do not want to bill people for something that shouldn’t be billed for so all I need is a phone call. Thank you
