Today marks 10 years of 3 Dave’s Moving! 🎉

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built over the past decade—serving amazing customers who’ve become part of the 3 Dave’s family. Along the way, we’ve grown, expanded, and even acquired two additional companies to better serve our community.

None of this would be possible without our dedicated team. From our office staff who make every first call a great experience, to our hardworking crews who put in long hours—often away from their own families—to help others start a new chapter… all with a smile.

We’re beyond grateful for the support over the last 10 years—and we’re just getting started. Here’s to the next decade and welcoming even more customers into the 3 Dave’s family!

Today’s move was especially meaningful for our team.

A valued returning client, whom we’ve had the privilege of assisting with multiple moves, recently reached out as she prepared for her next transition. Due to space limitations in her new home, she made the generous decision to donate her Baby Grand Piano to the Fauquier High School music department, where she serves as a dedicated music educator.

When asked about the cost to transport the piano, we were proud to offer our services at no charge.

At 3 Dave’s Moving, we are committed to supporting our community and giving back whenever possible. Our team handled the piano with the highest level of care and professionalism, ensuring its safe delivery to its new home.

We are honored to play a small part in helping this instrument continue its journey—providing students with the opportunity to learn, grow, and create music for years to come.

Another Great Job completed by our amazing crew

Dave’s moved my mother from central Virginia to south North Carolina. It was a journey to say the least. As someone who has hired moving services for over 30 years, it was a great privilege to have Dave and his mover’s at the helm. It was a turnkey operation from the first call, the home visit prior to the arrival of his team, to laying down runners to avoid soiling the new carpet in my mother’s new residence.
It’s a no brainer. Run don’t walk to hire them before they are booked!

Owning a business is about making money but sometimes you need to give back to the community on who supports you. Today at 3 Dave’s Moving we offered our service to deliver a Baby Grand Piano that we have been storing for months to the new Puller Veterans Center in Vint Hill. Giving back to the community and our Veterans allows us to strive to be the Best in our area and we thanks you all for your support and your service.

Well we have Done it again 2025 is gonna be our year. With everyones support we have been nominated as a finalist Best of Best Hometown 2025 for best Moving & Storage we are the only Moving company nominated in the group so that is a accomplishment on its own now we have to compete to take the entire award to be the best storage also.
