1) Shipping date: Tentatively end of August 2013
2) Charges: $ 110 per box up to Thimphu.
3) Deal: Sending more than 5 boxes, one box is entitled for free.
4) Box size (in inch): 18 x 18 x 28
Note: shipment of any boxes larger than the assigned dimension will be dependent on;
• Availability of extra cargo space post-loading of higher priority boxes.
• Payment of surcharge formulated based on
volume. Volume: 18 x 18 x 28 = 9072/110 = 82.48
5) Mode of charges and payment: flat and upfront
6) Shipping Box available at KPTL Express Corp @ COST of $8.00 per box. Shipping boxes are limited in stock.
7) Packing services available at KPTL Express @ cost of US$ 8.00 per box (NB: We are not responsible for any damages to boxes that were not packed by KPTL Express Corp).
8) Pick up service will be arranged with your advance booking at your cost @ $10 per box.
9) KPTL Express Corp is not responsible for any taxes to be levied by the Bhutan Customs. However, you must advise the concerned receiver to repay the amount before the consignment could be delivered. Note: Please retain your packing list with bills for customs purpose.
10) Customers should give your box details (receiver, sender). Please do not write any receiver and sender details on your shipping box, just write your box number which was issued by KTPL Express Corp. Please be serious about your box number and your receiver contact number.
11) Customers can have box number and shipping boxes anytime upon payment of $8.00. Attempting to have reservation of your box number through phone will not be accepted.
