Why COTC

We operate a 100% flatbed and 100% company driver fleet executing a team culture and approach for every mile we run. Our driver-centric approach won us the 2018 Best Fleets to Drive For Best Overall Fleet for Small Carrier. COTC solo OTR drivers average $72,000 per year, are home every 2-3 weeks for up to 5 days, and pay $0 benefit premiums for themselves and their family. COTC drivers never make less than $.50 cpm under the new Weekly Truck Driver Salary and average $.53 cpm.

We run exclusively Kenworth tractors with an average age of 2.2 years pulling mostly 48’ Reitnouer flatbeds, plus our fleet of Roll Tops and Curtain Vans.

Professional flatbed driving positions are available for OTR, Regional, Dedicated, Heavy-Haul, and Team Operations.
