On the road again. Summer road trip season is here!

After 9 years of building our mobile base camp we are nearly "done" with the build. Then we can focus on the maintenance by fixing everything that has broken during this extended build :)

Keep an eye on account to see where we will be going and we will try and post more epic shots and build information from where we have been here ;)

Looking forward to visiting .life for a new windshield. for some exhaust work and to finish our 14-1 gauge install and probably a bit of fine tuning the intercooler system.

We are hoping to have time to swap our coolant over to .coolants, building an aluminum tray with .squad for our winch and add our custom oil filter relocation kit and centrifugal oil separator so we have space to install our brushless alternator.

See like i said almost done ;)

Hitting the skies for the next few months. But already missing our ever-changing backyard.

Our home sweet home, whether on sand or snow.

We’ve been quiet for a while, but here’s the headline: last summer we finally got a working engine in the van. It sounds so good now, and it’s officially ready for long drives again.

After being “vanless” for so long, we shifted hard into teaching + traveling abroad… and now we’re in that in-between season of transitioning back.

We’ll be abroad until May. Then we’ll have a short window with the van before we head out again. The plan is a slow return to full van life.

Because nomad life is better when your home comes with you!

Until then, we’ll live vicariously through our old van photos.
