Are you in Loma Linda and been without Phone Service or Internet for several days and Frontier says there is no outage and zero news reports?
Frontier technicians told me 3 days ago they had a major theft of copper wire in Loma Linda where thieves got into two locations and it is affecting a large area of Loma Linda. Only Loma Linda University Health is reporting a "temporary outage". Funny why Frontier/Verizon does not want you to know.
Unknown if they reported this theft and damage to law enforcement. There has been an ongoing large theft of wire from Frontier lines and facilities, impacting service in the San Bernardino valley area. I believe they are not reporting it or the Sheriff's Department/City Police is not taking it seriously.
So for the no outage in Loma Linda claim from Frontier on their website or customer service, can you explain why you have SEVEN service trucks out in one location at 9:30am on this Saturday morning?
