About Reading Aviation
Reading Regional Airport (RDG), also known asGeneral Carl A. Spaatz Field, is a vital transportation and aviation center serving Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Reading Regional Airport Authority owns and operatesReading Aviation, the airport's Fixed Base Operator (FBO). Reading Aviation provides a variety of services to general aviation customers, including aircraft fueling, ground support, aircraft parking, towing, and customer amenities.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a liaison between customers and Reading Aviation, providing professional and exceptional customer service.
* Perform aircraft fueling operations, including fuel orders, fueling, inspections, and fuel quality control procedures.
* Safely tow and reposition aircraft and ground support equipment.
* Perform facility and equipment cleaning, inspections, and general maintenance.
* Assist with aircraft and ramp operations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
* Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous service to customers and airport users.
* Cross-train and assist in Customer Service operations as needed.
* Follow all applicable airport, company, safety, and fueling procedures.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities

* Basic knowledge of computers and common software applications.
* Ability to work independently as well as effectively as part of a team.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and providing high-quality service to airport users.
* Valid driver's license.
* Legally authorized to work in the United States.
* Ability to successfully complete required background, drug, and/or alcohol screening.
Additional Requirements
This position is an active, hands-on role in an aviation environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and around aircraft, vehicles, and aviation equipment. The position may require standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting as necessary to perform assigned duties.
Previous aviation, FBO, fueling, customer service, or ground operations experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation
$18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits.
