Three days at The Fence Show, with a clear view of the road ahead.

This year, Fence Empire participated as a major sponsor, providing the event’s lanyards and admission badges. Seeing our name carried throughout the show was meaningful—and so was the opportunity to bring our products together and share where we are heading.

At our booth, the natural grain of Japanese Cedar stood alongside the clean lines of steel and aluminum. Together, they represented years of work and the product range we continue to build.

Alongside our established fence picket business, we are putting greater focus on Japanese Cedar rails, posts, dimensional lumber, and tongue-and-groove products, as well as metal fencing and railing systems. These products build on the sourcing, manufacturing relationships, and direct container supply model that have shaped Fence Empire.

For our customers, this means more ways to work with a familiar supply partner. For our factories and partners, it reflects our commitment to developing lasting opportunities together.

Japanese Cedar. Beyond the Picket.

For years, many customers have known Fence Empire for our Japanese Cedar fence pickets.

But pickets are only part of the story.

Behind every picket is a much broader Japanese Cedar supply chain — from raw material sourcing and drying to milling, quality control, packaging, and container delivery.

Today, that same supply chain supports a growing family of products:

Built Before the Order

We’re pleased to share that Fence Empire is featured in the latest issue of FencePost, published by the American Fence Association, with our article:

“Built Before the Order: How Infrastructure Defines Reliable Cedar Supply.”

The article reflects a principle that has shaped the way we have built our business for years:

Reliable supply should not begin when demand arrives. It should already be in place.

Large-scale natural air-drying yards, 108 kiln-drying units, long-term raw-material planning, production capacity, and quality-control systems are more than manufacturing assets.

What Does a Reliable Supplier Really Mean Today?

For many years, choosing a supplier in our industry often came down to a few familiar questions:

Is the price competitive?
Is the quality right?
Can the product be delivered on time?

Those questions still matter.

What Happens Before a Container Is Loaded?

For most people, a container is simply the final step of the process.

For us, it is the result of months of planning and coordination.

Before a container reaches the port, materials have already moved through multiple stages:

• Air-drying
• Kiln drying
• Production
• Quality inspections
• Sorting and grading
• Packaging
• Loading preparation

Every stage affects the next.

That is why loading a container is never just a logistics task.

It is the final checkpoint of an entire supply chain.
