Our first rainy day in Scotland, but we didn’t let the weather slow us down! We spent the day exploring Dunvegan Castle, the oldest continuously inhabited castle in Scotland and the ancestral home of the Clan MacLeod. Despite the rain, the castle’s beautiful gardens, waterfalls, and woodland trails were a pleasure to explore.
We also visited a traditional Scottish sheepskin tannery, where we learned about the fascinating tanning process used to transform raw sheepskins into beautiful, high-quality products. A wonderful day of history, craftsmanship, and making the most of Scotland’s ever-changing weather! 🇬🇧🏰
