Express Care Transport LLC We are a new and thriving NEMT business servicing Raleigh NC and the surrounding triangle area. We are baccalaureate degree registered nurses.

We made the decision to step out on faith and start our own Non-Emergency Medical Transportation company (NEMT). Between us both we have 25 plus years of medical experience. We understand how important it is to get to medical appointments such as dialysis, chemotherapy, physical therapy, annual checkups, and preventative care appointments. We understand that our clients time is valuable to both the client and their family members. We are committed to providing safe, efficient, and timely service.

The business serves the Triangle market, primarily Durham, Wake, Orange, and Alamance Counties, with an established history of ambulatory and wheelchair transportation.

• Four company-owned, debt-free vehicles
• Two wheelchair-accessible vehicles
• Trained drivers and transportation equipment
• RouteGenie dispatch infrastructure
• NCTracks credentialing
• Established history with MTM and Modivcare
• County, healthcare-facility, and private-pay relationships
• Existing operational workflows and transition support from the RN owners
