I don't do power hammers or 72" grinders. Everything is done by hand. I use a 30" grinder to clean up the blades that are 90% forged to shape, including the bevels. When you purchase a Trinkman Bowie or smaller knife, you are buying pure hand crafted quality.

It's been awhile. This is my newest creation. A Bowie knife. 9 1/2" 5160 steel blade, hand forged in a hardwood charcoal forge. Deer antler handle with a hammered brass guard and 2 brass pins.
